Our Mission & Goals
Street Love Ministries is a non-profit that exists to be the front-line display of the Goodness of God and the life-changing Love of Christ, by meeting basic needs and building meaningful relationships with the homeless community. SLM believes by ministering to The Least, The Last, and The Lost that a person will come to believe they matter to Him and enter into a personal relationship with Our Savior.
Our goals are simple: To show God's love unconditionally, encourage these individuals that they are valued, and lead them towards an abundant life.
Belief Statement
We believe that there is one eternal God, that He created and sustains our universe. We believe He is a triune God, being God the Father, Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit, who lives in us as Christians. It is our declaration that Jesus is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and died on a cruel cross for the sin debt of the world. We believe in His resurrection and have the hope of all believers being resurrected, if we pass before He returns. As promised in scripture, He has sent the Holy Spirit to help us in this life. Finally, our only hope in reaching the Father and Heaven is through trusting Jesus as our Savior. We believe the bible is the inspired word of God, given for guidance and correction for all who follow Christ.
